RTT is a pioneering therapeutic approach developed by world-renowned therapist Marisa Peer, combining the most effective principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP, and cognitive behavioural therapy into a single, highly targeted method.

Unlike conventional talk therapy — which can take months or years to reach the root of a pattern — RTT works directly with the subconscious mind. In one to three sessions, we locate the origin of a belief, understand why it was formed, and replace it with a new, empowering narrative that the mind accepts as truth.

The results are not gradual. They are often immediate, deep, and permanent. RTT has been used to resolve anxiety, self-worth, confidence, relationship patterns, creative blocks, physical symptoms, and the quiet but persistent sense that something is holding you back from the life you know is possible.
